All of our hair is 100% raw human hair, sourced ethically from single donors. Each bundle is unique and may vary slightly in color, texture, or wave/curl pattern, as raw hair is unprocessed and free from synthetic blends.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 4-5 business days, not including weekends or holidays.

Once processed, you will receive tracking information via email.

3. Shipping Policy

We ship via trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) with standard or express options at checkout.

Shipping times vary by location and chosen method.

Ethereal Crown is not responsible for delays due to weather, courier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, all orders are considered final.

5. Hair Care Disclaimer

Raw hair is natural and should be treated with proper care. Results may vary based on individual styling, coloring, or maintenance habits.

Ethereal Crown is not liable for:

Damage due to improper installation, bleaching, coloring, or heat styling

Shedding or tangling resulting from incorrect care or failure to follow maintenance instructions

We recommend using sulfate-free products and minimal heat to extend the life of your extensions.
